淡奶油曲奇
做蛋糕用剩下的奶油哪里去?做几盘曲奇尝尝吧!口感和味道绝对与放蛋液的不一样,更加酥香。我使用的是20齿的大号花嘴,没有转圈挤,直接按压出来的,看着还挺漂亮!

Steps to make 淡奶油曲奇

  • 1.全部材料准备好,黄油提前从冰箱中拿出室温软化
  • 2.黄油软化后,加糖粉,用橡皮刮刀搅拌好
  • 3.用电动打蛋器将黄油打成顺滑状后,分三次加入淡奶油,每次都要等淡奶油与黄油充分混合好后再加入下一次淡奶油
  • 4.黄油打发体积膨大,颜色变浅,油水没有分离的状态
  • 5.筛入低筋粉
  • 6.用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀无干粉
  • 7.20齿的大号花嘴入挤花袋中,将曲奇面糊分次入袋中
  • 8.一共挤了3盘
  • 9.挤完第一盘后,就先放进预热好的烤箱中烘烤,170度,中层,上下火15分钟左右,表面上色即可,另外两盘先暂时放冰箱里冷藏,随烤随取
  • 10.烤好的曲奇从烤箱中取出,在烤盘中放两分钟后再取出,晾架上晾凉,封罐保存
  • 11.越看越漂亮,关键是很好吃哟
