清蒸豆腐狮子头

Steps to make 清蒸豆腐狮子头

  • 1.猪肉剁成肉糜,在剁肉的时候,一起把姜剁在里面。马蹄切成丁,豆腐备好。
  • 2.肉糜中放入黄酱和胡椒粉。
  • 3.搅拌匀后在放入马蹄丁拌匀。
  • 4.把豆腐切成小圆片,我用了梯形的盘子,所以,我把豆腐片摆在一边。
  • 5.手洗净抹一层薄油,把肉馅分成两部分,团成两个圆肉球,放在豆腐一边。
  • 6.冷水锅放入盘子,大火烧开后,蒸15分钟左右。
  • 7.备点熟豌豆和胡萝卜丁。
  • 8.蒸好后盘子中会有一些汤汁,用器皿挡住豆腐和狮子头,小心的把汤汁倒入锅中,倒入豌豆和胡萝卜,汤汁较少的可以适当在添点水。
  • 9.淋入适量水淀粉烧开,滴入几滴香油拌匀。
  • 10.做好的汤汁,均匀淋在成菜上即可。
