核桃银耳紫薯粥

Steps to make 核桃银耳紫薯粥

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.银耳泡发撕小朵; 紫薯去皮切小丁; 核桃仁入烤箱烤6分钟左右,拿出后用擀面杖碾碎;
  • 3.锅中加水3碗,将淘洗好的米放入,大火烧开后,用勺子搅一下锅底以防粘锅;
  • 4.放入紫薯,再烧开后改中火;
  • 5.放入银耳,中小火约40分钟,这过程中,要用勺子多次搅拌;
  • 6.待米开花,稠度合乎需要的时候,放入核桃碎拌匀即可。 加冰糖或放凉至60度以下后,调入蜂蜜即可享用。
