  • 1.蔓越莓提前用朗姆酒浸泡好。
  • 2.室温融化的黄油加入糖粉。
  • 3.用刮刀拌匀。
  • 4.电动打蛋器低速打至黄油变白,呈蓬松状。
  • 5.分三次加入鸡蛋液,每次都要充分打匀完全吸收再加下一次。
  • 6.筛入低粉和泡打粉,拌匀。
  • 7.加入蔓越莓。
  • 8.拌匀。
  • 9.倒入模具中。
  • 10.送入事先预热好的烤箱中层,上下火160度,40分钟。
  • 11.出炉放凉,切片即可食用。
  • 12.吃不完密封保存,待回油后更好吃。
