    • 4.将三样食材放入高压锅里添加适量的纯净水,按自己喜欢的浓稠去添加水量,大火烧开上气后转小火压15分钟,不要一直大火煮,大火绿豆会变成绿豆沙,小火煮绿豆绵绵但还是整颗口感更好。
    • 5.待泄气后打开盖子,看看,绿豆,莲子都是完整的,但口感是很绵的哦,喜甜的加糖,喜咸的加盐,我们家就吃原味的。
