培根面包
前几天做了迷你小汉堡,味道不错,决定还要再做,就是换个花样,口感上要有点咸味的培根面包。方子基本一样的,就是甜咸上和模样上有区别。

  • 面粉200g
  • 培根100k
  • 牛奶250k
  • 白糖35k
  • 6k
  • 胡萝卜30k
  • 鸡蛋50k
  • 玉米油50k

Steps to make 培根面包

  • 1.辅料里除过胡萝卜,全部放入面包机,开始和面状态.
  • 2.两个小时后面团发酵了。取出排气,继续发酵50分钟。
  • 3.二次发酵好了以后,分成十个小面团揉搓,再醒发。
  • 4.培根和胡萝卜切碎,炒制一下备用.......炒制什么也没放就放了一点点盐额。
  • 5.然后像包包子那样,包入馅料收口......
  • 6.擀园,,,,
  • 7.折叠,再折叠,就是这样,后面用刀切一下不切断。烤箱预热10分钟180度备用
  • 8.整理好后,摆放烤盘上,进烤箱,15分钟180度。
  • 9.就可以了,本来想叫培根心形小面包的,只是长得不太像心形。有点丑,但味道没变额,依然香脆可口。
