比蒸着吃更过瘾的【锡纸包烤鲈鱼】

  • 小米辣2个

  • 豆瓣酱1大勺
  • 白胡椒粉少许
  • 1小勺
  • 生抽2勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 料酒1勺
  • 1大勺

Steps to make 比蒸着吃更过瘾的【锡纸包烤鲈鱼】

  • 1.将所需材料洗净备用。
  • 2.鲈鱼正反面划三刀方便入味。
  • 3.鲈鱼身上抹少许盐和胡椒粉,淋少许料酒,再用葱姜擦拭下鲈鱼去腥,腌15分钟。
  • 4.锅里倒油烧热,放入鲈鱼煎至两面金黄,不用煎太久,大致定型即可
  • 5.烤盘上铺锡纸,刷一层油,底部铺上洋葱丝和金针菇,再把煎好的鲈鱼铺在上面。
  • 6.蒜切成蒜末,小米椒切碎,洋葱切碎末,混合放入碗中,再加2汤匙生抽、1汤匙蚝油、1汤匙黄豆酱、1小匙盐、1小匙糖混合拌匀成酱汁。
  • 7.把拌好的酱汁抹在鲈鱼表面。
  • 8.盖上一张锡纸,捏住四周封口,注意包严实了别把锡纸弄破了,以免汤汁流出来。
  • 9.将烤盘放在烤箱中下层,200度烤18分钟。
  • 10.取出烤好的鲈鱼,划破表层锡纸。
  • 11.在鱼身上撒葱花,再淋上一大勺热油即可。
  • 12.趁热吃吧。
