红糖油糕
油糕,面皮软软的,馅料甜而不腻,也是我经常做的早餐之一。
好久没做了,只是因为老公不在怎么吃甜食,偶尔做一次,也就我一人消受啦······

煎好的油糕,咬一口,软软的饼皮,流动的红糖馅,外酥里嫩,香甜可口······

Steps to make 红糖油糕

  • 1.沸水倒入面粉中,用筷子快速拨匀。
  • 2.稍凉一会,揉匀揉透成光滑面团;饧发20分钟。
  • 3.红糖放入碗中,加入适量面粉,淋入熟油,拌匀、捏合成馅料。
  • 4.面团分成若干小剂子;捏成圆形小面皮;包入红糖馅。
  • 5.擀成椭圆形的牛舌状,依次做完全部油糕胚。
  • 6.锅中油热,下入饼胚。
  • 7.小火煎至两面焦黄即可。
  • 8.煎好的红糖油糕外酥里嫩,香甜可口。
