玛格丽特饼干

Steps to make 玛格丽特饼干

  • 1.黄油100克软化后加入30克糖粉和1克盐
  • 2.用电动打蛋器打发到颜色成浅色,呈膨松状
  • 3.2个生鸡蛋开水煮开后10分钟关火,取蛋黄。把蛋黄放在筛网上,用勺子按压,使蛋黄通过筛网成为蛋黄末。放入打发好的黄油里
  • 4.100克低筋面粉和100克玉米淀粉分别筛入打发好的黄油里,
  • 5.用手揉成面团。将面团用保鲜膜包好,放冰箱冷藏1小时,此举是为了按出自然的裂口
  • 6.取出冷藏好的面团,分成均匀的一块块,揉成小圆球,将圆球放在烤盘上,用大拇指按压中间部分,饼干会出现自然的裂纹。
  • 7.烤箱170度,上下管加热,将饼干放入烤箱烤20分钟左右。边缘稍微焦黄即可。如果量少的话,必须减少烤的时间,否则会焦的。
  • 8.烤好出炉冷却后装入密封罐,无需放入冰箱。尽快食用。
