香葱肉松戚风蛋糕

Steps to make 香葱肉松戚风蛋糕

  • 1.香葱洗净切葱花备用。
  • 2.蛋白蛋黄分离至无油无水的盆中。
  • 3.蛋黄加入牛奶和玉米油搅拌乳化。
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 5.一字型来回将面粉拌至无干粉状态。
  • 6.蛋清加入白砂糖。
  • 7.打蛋器打发至硬性发泡,即打蛋器提起呈直直的尖角。
  • 8.取三分之一蛋白霜加入蛋黄糊中,从下往上翻拌均匀。
  • 9.再取三分之一蛋白霜加入至蛋黄糊中,以同样的方式快速翻拌均匀。
  • 10.将蛋黄糊倒入剩下的蛋白霜,继续翻拌均匀。
  • 11.加入适量葱花和肉松,快速翻拌均匀。
  • 12.翻拌均匀的面糊倒入模具中,轻震几下震出气泡。
  • 13.再次洒上葱花和肉松,挤上沙拉酱。
  • 14.烤箱上下火150度提前预热好,烘烤40分钟。
  • 15.中途用锡纸加盖一下。
  • 16.出炉轻震几下后倒扣晾凉脱模。
