Steps to make 白水煮腊鸭

  • 1.把腊鸭腿放入锅中,用清水浸泡两个小时,促其回软。
  • 2.泡好的鸭腿冷水下锅,放入葱结、姜片、白酒。
  • 3.大火烧开,小火煮10分钟左右。
  • 4.捞出冲洗干净。
  • 5.将锅洗净,再次放水烧开,放入鸭腿、葱结、姜片、八角、香叶和白酒。
  • 6.小火煮30分钟。
  • 7.捞出晾凉后,斩件装盘。
  • 8.成品。
