Steps to make 紫薯葡萄干欧包

  • 1.食材称好备用,紫薯提前入蒸锅隔水蒸熟去皮,用小勺子压成泥。
  • 2.面粉中倒入盐,酵母粉用温水(分量内)融化后倒入面粉中。
  • 3.倒入紫薯泥。
  • 4.加入余下的水。
  • 5.开始和面,先低速后高速。
  • 6.和成光滑的面团,盖上保鲜膜放置温暖处,发酵至两倍大(时长约90分钟)。
  • 7.发酵好的面团。手指沾少许的干面粉扎孔,不回缩就发酵好了。
  • 8.面团放在垫子上,平均分成4份稍微揉圆。
  • 9.取一个面团擀成长条薄面片,末端压薄(利于封口)
  • 10.铺上提前泡软的葡萄干和黑加仑,轻轻按几下。
  • 11.由上至下一边卷两端一边向里收。
  • 12.粘合好封口向下放,整理成橄榄形状。
  • 13.依次做好,放入烤盘中。盖上保鲜膜开始第二次发酵。(时长约40分钟)
  • 14.发酵至稍微变大。
  • 15.用小筛子撒上薄薄的一层干面粉。
  • 16.用锋利的刀片割出喜欢的花纹。
  • 17.烤箱提前预热:上185度,下175度,放中层烤30分钟。
  • 18.成品图。
  • 19.组织细腻绵软。
  • 20.无油无糖无负担。
