石锅拌饭
今天想做石锅拌饭,用东北米做的,电饭煲蒸的米饭,筋道可口,粒粒分明,搭配上菌菇及蔬菜,再来点卤肉和鸡蛋,蔬菜丰富,营养全面,一锅米饭吃的饱饱的。

Steps to make 石锅拌饭

  • 1.把米淘洗干净倒入电饭煲中
  • 2.选短粒米,口感和烹饪方式都选标准,
  • 3.这样蒸好的饭锅底没有锅巴,适合做拌饭或者配菜吃。
  • 4.把洋葱、紫甘蓝、包菜、胡萝卜均切丝
  • 5.芦笋切段,卤肉切片,杏鲍菇切条
  • 6.分别把芦笋焯水至熟
  • 7.然后分别把紫甘蓝、包菜、胡萝卜焯水至熟
  • 8.我不喜欢生鸡蛋,所以把蛋也煎了一下。
  • 9.炒锅放少量油放入杏鲍菇煸出水分,并煸炒出香味

  • 11.把米饭盛入石锅中(我用的耐干烧的陶瓷煲),把备好的配料摆到米饭上面,
  • 12.盖上盖子,放入火上小火加热,待锅中发出滋滋的声音,就可以关火了。
  • 13.加热后的饭离火,根据个人口味加入韩式辣酱,
  • 14.再把鸡蛋放上面,拌均匀即可享用
