Steps to make 金针菇蒸扇贝

  • 1.大蒜切末,将一半放入油锅小火炸黄,姜切丝,李绵记蒜蓉辣酱1小勺。
  • 2.加入1勺料酒,1勺生抽,一点点盐、糖拌匀做成料汁。
  • 3.扇贝壳洗净,铺上金针菇。金针菇用开水烫一下,好盘绕。
  • 4.将扇贝的贝柱用刀尖切成“井”字方便入味。
  • 5.将扇贝放在金针菇上,浇上料汁。
