今天突发灵感做了这道菜,做好后我也被她惊艳了,真的是太美了。我给她起名“胭脂萝卜”,但好友认为应该叫她“国色天香”或“红粉佳人”亦或是“宫廷萝卜”……你说加她什么好呢?其实正如赵丽蓉所说她就是一盘大萝卜。确切的说是糖醋萝卜!

  • 1.白萝卜一段清洗干净。
  • 2.白萝卜切薄片,放适量盐淹10分钟去除水分。
  • 3.紫甘蓝用果语原汁机摇出甘蓝汁。
  • 4.把切好的萝卜片放入甘蓝汁中,加入适量的白醋和糖,放入冰箱冷藏。
  • 5.我是完成放进冰箱晚餐时拿出来吃的,颜色刚刚好!
  • 6.吃起来用两个字形容“爽脆”,酸甜爽口而且脆!真的是太完美了!
