    Steps to make 鱼头豆腐

    • 1.鱼头洗净,生姜切片
    • 2.鱼头洗净切成两半不要切到底,鱼头用厨房纸巾把水吸干
    • 3.豆腐切成1里面左右的小方块
    • 4.热锅倒入适量的油,用生姜片现在锅底搽一下,这样煎鱼头的时候就不会黏在锅底了,鱼头放入锅中,开中火,两面都要煎成金黄色捞出
    • 5.换一个深一点的锅子或则砂锅也可以,倒入适量的水没过鱼头,加入生姜片,料酒,盐,用大火烧煮5分钟左右
    • 6.再加入豆腐,继续大火煮开后换小火煮45分钟左右,最好要煮到汤汁变成白色
    • 7.加入小白菜,少许味精,继续煮3分钟即可
    • 8.出锅,鱼头不太好盛,有点煮烂了,所以样子不太好看
