奶酪蛋糕

  • 牛奶纸盒装250g125g
  • 奶油奶酪120g
  • 黄油20g
  • 绵白糖(蛋黄部分)1大勺
  • 绵白糖(蛋白部分)3勺

Steps to make 奶酪蛋糕

  • 1.取出120g的奶油奶酪放小盆子里准备加热至全部融化,20g黄油也是加热到全部融化
  • 2.分离蛋黄和蛋白,先把蛋白冷冻等到把其他步骤做好,蛋白刚好会冻到表面凝固
  • 3.把融化的黄油加入奶油奶酪中拌匀,蛋黄部分加入1大勺绵白糖拌匀,再加入3大勺玉米淀粉再拌匀
  • 4.125g牛奶煮沸,加入蛋黄中快速拌匀
  • 5.再把奶油奶酪部分倒进蛋黄部分里,搅拌均匀用湿布盖着备用或是关在微波炉里也可以
  • 6.取出蛋白分3次加入绵白糖,打发到成柔软的泡沫
  • 7.再分3次加入蛋黄糊中,彻底拌均匀
  • 8.电饭煲按“蛋糕键”预热,然后倒入,盖上盖子后开始计时20分钟,然后关闭不要马上开盖,焖30-40分钟,取出放凉就可以了
