原来桂皮面包还可以这么做。这个加入葡萄干的桂皮面包,造型很有意思。两个小枣并在一起,捏紧两头,然后就成了一个面包。只是,好像最后发酵的时候温度略高了些,面团似乎发得略有些过,两端撑胖了些,没有原作好看,倒是叫人想起咖啡豆来。。。。

  • 2.将除黄油和葡萄干外的面团料倒入面包桶
  • 3.和面程序搅拌13分钟

  • 5.能拉出薄膜
  • 6.加入葡萄干,揉匀
  • 7.放入碗中,28-30度,基础发酵60分钟
  • 8.面团长大
  • 9.分割成10等分,松弛15分钟
  • 10.按扁
  • 11.折三折
  • 12.再对折,捏紧接口
  • 13.搓成枣核形
  • 14.每两条并排,捏紧两端
  • 15.放入烤盘,35度,发酵约40分钟
  • 16.表面刷蛋液
  • 17.放入烤箱,中层,上下火200度,烤约10分钟
  • 18.表面金黄,出炉
