玉米沙拉肉松面包
烤好的玉米面包,松软、香甜,带着玉米谷物特有的香气,搭配上玉米粒,胡萝卜粒,豌豆粒,肉松,还有丘比的沙拉酱,既好看,又好吃,还营养丰富!

  • 高筋面粉200g
  • 玉米面50克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 牛奶90克
  • 3g
  • 白糖30g
  • 酵母4g
  • 玉米油20克

Steps to make 玉米沙拉肉松面包

  • 1.面包机桶中加入面粉,玉米面,鸡蛋,牛奶,盐,砂糖,酵母,开始一个和面程序,
  • 2.一个和面程序结束后,面包机桶中加入玉米油,开始一个和面发酵程序
  • 3.第一次发酵结束后,将面团取出排气后分割成均匀等分的小面团,滚圆后盖保鲜膜松弛约15分钟
  • 4.面团压扁排气,后用折迭方式整型成小圆球,并依序排入铺有防沾烤焙纸的烤盘
  • 5.玉米粒,胡萝卜粒,豌豆粒焯水沥干水分,加入丘比沙拉酱拌匀
  • 6.加入肉松再次搅拌均匀,玉米馅料完成
  • 7.二次发酵结束后,面包胚表面刷上一层薄薄的蛋液,后用剪刀于每个小面团中心剪一个小口
  • 8.将拌匀的玉米馅料放置在剪刀剪出的小口中心,在面包胚表面挤上自己喜欢的口味的沙拉酱,烤箱预热180度,烤焙20分钟左右,表面金黄上色即可
