  • 木耳3-4朵
  • 西葫蘆1條
  • 雞蛋(炒熟)2个
  • 素雞粉1勺
  • 香油1勺
  • 半勺
  • 素蠔油1勺
  • 胡椒粉1g

Steps to make 腐皮蔬菜卷

  • 1.材料準備好(喜歡什麼菜也可以)。
  • 2.下點油把雞蛋炒好。
  • 3.全部切絲。
  • 4.加入調味料。
  • 5.加入蛋塊。
  • 6.下鍋裏炒至六成熟(不用油,喜歡用也可以)。
  • 7.完成後放凉一些。
  • 8.蔬菜放凉時我們來準備腐皮,把一張腐皮剪成約6至8張的小長型(不要太小不要太窄哦,太小很難包卷)。
  • 9.把一張小腐皮放底,加一大勺炒好的蔬菜包卷起來。
  • 10.一個個包好放盤里上鍋蒸6分鐘左右即可。(盤底抹些芝麻油防沾)。
