    Steps to make 黑椒煎菌菇

    • 1.准备好材料,洗净备用!
    • 2.香菇去蒂,用到雕出花型.杏鲍菇也切片。
    • 3.把香菇放入锅里焯下水
    • 4.锅里加少量的油烧热
    • 5.把杏鲍菇片放入,煎一下,表面撒点盐
    • 6.微黄了就马上翻一面继续煎
    • 7.再在表面撒上盐,黑胡椒粉,就可以盛出来了。
    • 8.最后把焯过水的香菇也同样的方法两面煎一下就可以装盘了!
