Steps to make 红烧黄花鱼

  • 1.提前从冰箱里取出鱼,化冻。
  • 2.化冻后,收拾鱼(去鳞去内脏),冲洗下,在鱼身两侧划三刀。在鱼身上撒少许盐和料酒,腌制一会。
  • 3.鱼身表面裹上干淀粉。锅中倒油,6成热转中火放入鱼,煎至两面上色。
  • 4.盛出备用。
  • 5.锅中留底油,油热下入葱姜蒜爆香。
  • 6.放入1枚八角,倒入生抽、老抽、料酒、醋、白糖、胡椒、盐。
  • 7.添加约150ml水,搅拌一下,使调料充分混合。
  • 8.放入煎好的鱼,烧开后转小火,炖约5分钟。用水淀粉勾芡,撒少许鸡精调味,即可出锅。
  • 9.装盘上桌~准备好筷子,趁热乎来吃鲜美的红烧鱼吧!
