  • 6.水份倒入碗内备用。炒个浇汁儿,一会浇上。
  • 7.锅内适量油烧热,姜蒜,花椒,干红辣椒炒香。
  • 8.蒸冬瓜的水倒入。
  • 9.适量盐,生抽调味。
  • 10.浇到冬瓜上即可。
