紫薯面包
中秋节已过,家里还剩下一些做月饼的馅料,正好娃已经开学,每天都要变着法的给他做早餐,于是拿馅料来做夹心面包正正好。用紫薯馅和紫薯粉做了个紫薯夹心面包,不仅暄软好吃,而且很形似,几乎可以“以假乱真”,把我家小朋友都给糊弄住了,哈哈!
外皮松软,内里夹心香甜,美味又低脂,算是一款健康的面包,喜欢吃面包的朋友可以试试呦。

  • 金龙鱼面包用小麦粉200g
  • 牛奶125g
  • 2g
  • 白砂糖20g
  • 紫薯粉25g
  • 干酵母粉3g
  • 无盐黄油15g
  • 紫薯馅180g

Steps to make 紫薯面包

  • 1.准备好食材;
  • 2.将牛奶倒入面包机的面包桶中,盐、白砂糖对角放,倒入金龙鱼面包用小麦粉,这个粉采用100%进口小麦为原料,麦香浓郁,制作过程中易膨胀易拉丝,吸水性也好,面粉质量稳定性较好,成品香软可口;
  • 3.四周再倒入紫薯粉,粉中间挖个洞放入干酵母粉,启动面包机和面程序开始揉面;
  • 4.揉面程序结束后放入黄油,继续选择揉面程序,结束后选择发酵程序开始发酵;
  • 5.发酵到两倍大即可,选择揉面程序揉5分钟排气;
  • 6.分成大小不一的面团一一揉圆,盖上保鲜膜静置15分钟进行中间发酵;
  • 7.取一个面团用手压扁,擀成椭圆形;
  • 8.翻一面,放入紫薯馅,我放的份量是面团重量的一半;
  • 9.从上往下卷起,一边卷一边压紧,捏紧收口;
  • 10.整形好后放入紫薯粉中滚几下,让面团全部裹上紫薯粉;
  • 11.用牙签随意戳几个洞;
  • 12.将所有面团全部整形好放在烤盘上,收口的一边记得朝下;
  • 13.放入烤箱进行二次发酵,发酵40-50分钟左右;
  • 14.放进预热好的烤箱中层,上下管190度,15分钟左右;
  • 15.成品;
