牛排双蔬意面

Steps to make 牛排双蔬意面

  • 1.用盐水煮熟虫草花就捞出。
  • 2.用煮虫草花的水煮意面,大概8到10分钟才能煮到软糯。
  • 3.一边煮意面,一边煎牛排。油热后放入牛排。
  • 4.把煎好的牛排用厨房剪刀剪成小块,便于食用,再放入黑胡椒酱煎化。
  • 5.盘子底部铺点儿蔬菜叶,把煮好的意面放在叶子上。
  • 6.把煎好的牛排放在意面上,放上大蒜丝,左边放虫草花,右边放莴笋丝,摆盘结束,可以吃啦!
