    • 1.先把大肠洗干净焯水,加葱,姜,蒜,料酒煮熟。
    • 2.将煮熟的肥肠改小块,配料切菱形片。
    • 3.葱姜蒜切片。
    • 4.锅内留油下葱姜蒜爆锅,加入配料煸炒一下,倒入肥肠。
    • 5.添汤,下老抽,耗油,鸡精,盐,烧煨一会待汤汁浓稠下味精用淀粉勾芡即可出锅。
