萝卜虾米炖豆腐

Steps to make 萝卜虾米炖豆腐

  • 1.萝卜洗净去皮切丁(萝卜皮用来腌咸菜了)
  • 2.豆腐切块,虾米温水浸泡
  • 3.不粘锅倒少许油将豆腐煎至表面微黄常盛出待用
  • 4.另起锅倒少许油煸香葱花
  • 5.倒入萝卜丁翻炒
  • 6.翻炒至变色变软
  • 7.加入煎制过的豆腐翻炒
  • 8.最后放入泡软的虾米
  • 9.加适量水
  • 10.盖锅盖小火炖制软烂即可
