  • 1.1奶油奶酪、黄油切小块,隔水加热搅拌顺滑
  • 2.2逐个加入蛋黄,每加一个都搅拌融合。
  • 3.3加入牛奶
  • 4.4筛入低筋面粉和玉米淀粉
  • 5.5上下翻拌均匀至无颗粒。
  • 6.6蛋白盆里加入细砂糖,打蛋器低速打发至粗泡
  • 7.7加入柠檬汁数滴。
  • 8.8继续打发至提起打蛋器蛋白呈小弯钩
  • 9.9取1/3蛋白到蛋黄糊中用刮刀切拌均匀
  • 10.10将蛋黄糊倒回到蛋白盆中。
  • 11.11上下切拌均匀
  • 12.12固底模中铺上相同大小的油纸,将蛋糊倒入模具
  • 13.13震几下,震去大气泡
  • 14.14烤箱中下层,烤盘内倒入大半盘清水,模具放入烤盘中。上下火140度,40分钟
  • 15.15出炉后的蛋糕平放至冷却后切块,冷藏后口味更佳。切勿倒扣冷却。
