煲仔饭
喜欢煲仔饭,相当于懒人快餐,饭菜一锅出,不用煎炒烹炸,简单又省事,口感好,味道香,配上一碗汤都极其好吃。

  • 台式烤肠5根
  • 胡萝卜1根

  • 油菜1棵
  • 金龙鱼特级初榨橄榄调和油2勺

  • 六月鲜轻盐原汁酱油2勺

Steps to make 煲仔饭

  • 1.准备食材:小葱、大蒜去皮洗净;胡萝卜去皮洗净,台式烤肠清洗干净。根据自家孩子的口味,还可以搭配一些孩子爱吃的蔬菜。
  • 2.大米淘洗干净,快速轻柔地淘米,不要用手搓洗,更换淘米水至清澈就好了。然后准备一个砂锅,砂锅刷底油,避免米饭糊底。淘洗干净的米和水一起倒入砂锅中,米水比例1:1.1,浸泡15~20分钟。
  • 3.浸泡米的过程,可以加工各种食材了,烤肠去掉外皮(也可以不去哈)斜切片,胡萝卜也斜切片,小葱切碎,大蒜切碎。
  • 4.米中淋上一勺橄榄油,搅拌均匀。开始焖饭,砂锅放到煤气灶上,大火烧开,立刻转最小火焖煮10分钟。
  • 5.待米饭的表面开始没有米汤了,这个时候水分还没有收干,放入烤肠和胡萝卜片。
  • 6.打入一个鸡蛋,在锅边淋一勺橄榄油,让锅巴更香酥。盖上锅盖,继续小火慢慢焖。
  • 7.待鸡蛋凝固,再码入油菜,油菜也可以烫一下。盖上锅盖继续小火焖2分钟,然后关火,砂锅降温很慢,关火后依然会保持原温度一段时间,继续盖着锅盖焖5~10分钟,这样焖出来的米饭特别香。
  • 8.然后在葱花和蒜碎中撒点胡椒粉和盐,搅拌均匀,均匀地洒在烤肠上边,此时可以用蚝油、生抽、鱼露和糖做个调料汁浇在上边,我喜欢淡口味的,没加很多调味料,只加了2勺六月鲜轻盐原汁酱油,浇在上边,味道就很鲜美了。
  • 9.OK!拌一拌就可以开餐了。
