Steps to make 麻辣虾球

  • 1.菜场买的小龙虾,让店主帮你把头和钳子扭掉,可以省一些事儿。钳子可以留着。清洗小龙虾要用小刷子认真刷干净,然后拉扯虾尾的中间那片,扯出虾肠。
  • 2.配料:花椒、干辣椒、姜、大蒜洗净切好
  • 3.锅上热油,倒入步骤二的配料炒香。
  • 4.放入小龙虾,加料酒翻炒均匀
  • 5.炒至小龙虾变色,放盐、鸡精调味,加少许酱油着色。
  • 6.放入葱段翻炒均匀即可起锅装盘。喜欢味道重一点的亲,可以在步骤五的时候再加些热水煮五到十分钟,可更加入味。
