金鱼面包——喜庆迎新年

Steps to make 金鱼面包——喜庆迎新年

  • 1.准备好所需食材
  • 2.水、牛奶、白糖、鸡蛋混合放入搅拌桶搅拌均匀
  • 3.加入高筋面粉、低筋面粉酵母揉成面团
  • 4.面团揉至表面光滑后加入软化的黄油,再揉至面团表面光滑即可
  • 5.揉好的面团静置30分钟
  • 6.取一块面团擀成薄片,用个8寸的圆模扣在面片上,栽出圆形的面皮
  • 7.称出两个36克的小面团,揉搓成椭圆形,分别放在圆皮上,做金鱼的身体
  • 8.再搓两个小圆球做眼睛,取点面团搓成细长条,卷起做金鱼的嘴巴,用蛋液沾粘
  • 9.再取一块面团擀薄,用刀栽出金鱼尾巴,前鳍的形状,压出花纹,同样用蛋液沾粘在金鱼的身体上,用剪刀或刻刀在金鱼身上刻出鱼鳞同样的步骤做出另一条金鱼
  • 10.做好后自然醒发1个小时,无需加温发酵醒发好后刷上蛋液,放入预热好的烤箱烘烤,上火180度,下火150度,烤35分钟
  • 11.鱼身呈金黄色即可
