鸡翅焖鲍鱼
最近都是雨水天气,湿度比较大,最近的饮食也是要注意。焖上一道鸡翅鲍鱼,清热滋补!

  • 红辣椒一个
  • 料酒2勺
  • 老抽1勺
  • 生抽2勺
  • 玉米油3大勺
  • 1勺
  • 1勺

Steps to make 鸡翅焖鲍鱼

  • 1.鸡翅清洗后两面各划2道,辅助入味。鲍鱼清洗后切成如图花刀。
  • 2.不粘锅中,倒入小半锅清水,放入鸡翅,加姜片2片,葱一小把,葱姜料酒2勺去腥,大火煮开焯水。
  • 3.焯水后捞出冲洗干净沥干水分。不粘锅中倒入3勺玉米油,大火热油后,放入红辣椒,姜片、葱段爆香,然后排入鸡翅,开始煎。
  • 4.两面煎金黄后倒入2勺生抽,开始调味。1勺老抽酱油,上色更好看。
  • 5.倒入适量清水,微微没过鸡翅,大火炖煮。大火煮开后,转中火炖煮,加盐1勺调节咸味。
  • 6.加糖一勺提鲜,搅匀后继续炖煮至汤汁略微变少。
  • 7.汤汁逐渐浓稠,加鲍鱼,继续炖煮3-5分钟。
  • 8.炖煮到鲍鱼微微开花,熟度刚刚好,转大火收汁,关火装盘后,撒上葱花就可以啦!趁热吃!
