Steps to make 咖喱牛肉土豆

  • 1.牛肉洗净切大块,土豆去皮切滚刀块。
  • 2.锅里坐水,放入牛肉块,小火煮10分钟后捞出,去血沫。
  • 3.另起油锅,油热后放入姜片,爆香。
  • 4.放入牛肉块,翻炒均匀。
  • 5.放入足够的开水,大火煮开后改小火。
  • 6.煮至15分钟后放入切好的土豆块,小火炖制。
  • 7.炖10分钟后放入黄金咖喱块,两块就够。
  • 8.再放入西红柿块,小火炖制5分钟,根据个人口感需要撒入精盐大火煮开即可。
