红烧鲳鱼

Steps to make 红烧鲳鱼

  • 1.取一个小碗,放入姜丝和葱段,加入酒料揉抓几次。
  • 2.鲳鱼一条处理好清洗干净,在鱼身两面横切几刀。
  • 3.鱼身两面涂抹上姜葱料酒,腌制五分钟。
  • 4.姜切片、蒜切料、葱白切段,豆瓣酱半勺备用。
  • 5.锅里加油烧热,将鲳鱼两面煎至微黄色,盛出。
  • 6.锅留底油,下姜、蒜、葱白小火炒香。
  • 7.加入豆瓣酱炒出香味,炒出红油。
  • 8.加入适量清水、生抽、老抽、鸡精煮沸。
  • 9.放入鲳鱼上盖小火烧十分钟,中间翻面。
  • 10.将鱼盛出装盘,淋上适量汤汁。
  • 11.成品图。
