Steps to make 夏季解暑的冰镇菜菜-----雪碧浸苦瓜

  • 1.苦瓜洗净后,去掉籽,切成薄片。
  • 2.锅中加水,水开后,放少量的盐,把苦瓜片倒进去焯水。
  • 3.焯好水的苦瓜放入凉水中过一下。
  • 4.滤掉水分,备用。
  • 5.枸杞用清水泡好。
  • 6.放几片柠檬在苦瓜里,再倒入泡好的枸杞。
  • 7.倒入雪碧淹没苦瓜,蒙上保鲜膜,入冰箱冷藏几小时。
  • 8.就这样吃也可以,也可以蘸点糖桂花。
