  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.口蘑把蒂去掉,洗干净。蒂不要扔了,切碎备用
  • 3.牛肉切碎
  • 4.香草切碎,这里用了迷迭香和马郁兰,没有可以不用
  • 5.把香草口蘑蒂碎混入牛肉,少量淀粉,胡椒粉,盐调味
  • 6.加入少量蛋清拌匀牛肉,稍微腌制15分钟
  • 7.酿入口蘑里,想要多一点肉可以把口蘑里挖一点出来
  • 8.少油下锅煎熟,稍微下一点点酱油即可
