红糖粑粑——电压力锅版
糖油粑粑是长沙的特产,是用糖油炒制而成,我用的改良版,用电压力锅、少许油做出的红糖粑粑也很好吃滴耶,和我一样控油、控糖的朋友不妨试试。

    Steps to make 红糖粑粑——电压力锅版

    • 1.糯米粉加入适量的水
    • 2.和成软硬适度的团
    • 3.醒置15分钟后,分成大小适度的剂子,搓成圆球形
    • 4.事先电压力锅预热放入少许食用油,把糯米团压成饼状,放入电压力锅里煎制
    • 5.调一碗红糖水
    • 6.倒入两面煎熟的粑粑上面
    • 7.用筷子夹着让粑粑全部粘满红糖,
    • 8.微收糖汁,装盘撒上点炒熟的白芝麻即可
