广式豆沙月饼
“八月十五月儿圆,中秋月饼香又甜”,中秋月亮满圆,象征团圆,又称为团圆节。中国传统节日,举家团圆时刻,一定不能少的映景美食----月饼。

Steps to make 广式豆沙月饼

  • 1.饼皮原料备用。
  • 2.豆沙馅备用。
  • 3.豆沙馅分成25g一个小球。
  • 4.转化糖浆,枧水,食用油倒入大碗内混合。
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 6.混合成均匀的面团。
  • 7.包上保鲜膜醒一小时。
  • 8.醒好的面团分成20g一个小球。
  • 9.小球放在保鲜膜上,按成圆片(大小以包住豆沙馅即可。),放上豆沙馅。
  • 10.轻轻的收口,(面团的延展性非常的好,慢慢的推即可)然后入掌心揉圆。
  • 11.外皮裹少许低粉(防止粘在模具上)。
  • 12.小球放入模具内。
  • 13.倒扣在铺了油纸的烤盘内,轻轻的压(不用太用力),然后脱模。
  • 14.做好的月饼坯,整齐的排在烤盘内。
  • 15.烤箱预热200度,中层,20分钟。烤5分钟后,拿出刷上一层全蛋液。
  • 16.再继续烤15分钟,取出晾凉即可。(放一天,回油后,会更加漂亮)
