菠萝果酱
买了菠萝做点菠萝果酱,过年做甜品时,果酱是不可或缺的。今天我用了轻松简单的方法做的这款果酱,直接加了冰糖煮菠萝块,然后用破壁机搅拌成果酱。这样煮的时候不用一直搅拌,制作过程非常轻松,而且果酱非常的细腻,味道也是纯正。

Steps to make 菠萝果酱

  • 1.菠萝切块
  • 2.加入冰糖腌制
  • 3.2个小时后冰糖就完全融化了
  • 4.大火煮开后转小火,熬煮至糖浆浓稠
  • 5.稍微晾凉后倒入破壁机中
  • 6.开启搅拌功能
  • 7.大块的菠萝就慢慢变成糊了
  • 8.搅拌完成,菠萝酱就完成了
  • 9.为了能较长时间的存放,我又倒回锅中煮开
  • 10.存放果酱的瓶子也开水煮了消毒,把刚刚煮好的菠萝酱装入瓶子,立即盖盖密封,这样做好的果酱放入冰箱冷藏,可以保持2个月都没事的。
  • 11.我随手掰了一块面包,舀了一勺果酱上去,看着不错吧,味道也是很好的哦。
