Steps to make 桂花冻

  • 1.先准备吉丁片4片(多一点也可以)
  • 2.把它放在热水里搅拌融化(水应该有一点发黄)
  • 3.然后把它倒在奶锅里煮沸后,加入糖桂花(可以根据自己的口味决定甜淡,稍微多放一点不然烧出来就没味道了)
  • 4.然后把其倒在模具中,凉却后放入冰箱,一会儿就凝固了.(不要放在速冻中)
