  • 1.材料:山药180克 吉士粉1汤勺玉米淀粉1汤勺半 牛奶适量 调和油一碗(实际消耗不多)白糖4汤勺 蓝莓果酱2汤勺
  • 2.2.山药洗好上锅蒸熟即可出锅、
  • 3. 3.把山药用水果刀刮成泥
  • 4. 4.倒入 1汤勺吉士粉和1汤勺多(留一点玉米淀粉)的玉米淀粉搅拌均匀
  • 5.5.倒入适量的牛奶和均匀
  • 6.6.把山药泥捏成碗状
  • 7. 7放入蓝莓果酱
  • 8..8包好搓圆
  • 9.9.坐锅上火倒入一大碗的调和油,待油温到了45度左右放入山药球进去炸熟
  • 10. 10.炸熟了出锅沥干油备用
  • 11.11.把刚才留下的玉米淀粉加入2汤勺的水倒入锅内
  • 12. 12.倒入4汤勺白砂糖道锅里
  • 13.13.待糖水粘稠了倒入山药球均匀的滚上一圈,就可以出锅了
