  • 黄油少许
  • 白砂糖半碗

Steps to make 分秒必争的美味:香草舒芙蕾蛋糕

  • 1.用黄油将烤碗内部抹一遍,再将白砂糖倒进去,转一圈多余的再倒出来。
  • 2.将黄油30克和牛奶100克放进小锅,低火煮至黄油融化。
  • 3.离火,将低粉过筛进去,搅拌好后,小火继续慢煮至呈现浓稠状。
  • 4.面糊离火后晒凉,再加入两个蛋黄拌匀。
  • 5.蛋白分三次加入白砂糖,打发至九分发,能拉起弯钩即可。
  • 6.将蛋黄糊和蛋白糊混合,滴几滴香草精,将蛋糕糊翻拌好
  • 7.将蛋糕糊倒进烤碗至八分满的样子。
  • 8.将烤碗送进烤箱里预热190度的烤箱里,上下火中层烤15分钟,表面金黄即可出炉。
