人人都补得起的胶原蛋白--------玫瑰腐乳猪蹄
这个菜菜做过好几次了,味道超棒,猪蹄富含胶原蛋白,不仅美味还可以美化我们的皮肤,是不是可以多吃一点呢。
腐乳用来做菜,我以前只做过粉蒸类的,自从看了老杨做的腐乳猪蹄就一直想尝试一下,哪知试过后便一发不可收拾了。
腐乳猪蹄做出来要想有漂亮的颜色,必须用红腐乳来做,象这种玫瑰腐乳就很合适啦。
我的制作过程只有小小的改变。
照片上面的豆苗菜菜是在超市里买的太太菜园种出来的,还真的可以吃呢,我们已经采摘过好几次了,可惜每次都只有几根。
我们一般喜欢吃比较软的猪蹄,所以烧制时间长一点。

  • 1.剁成块的猪蹄洗净。
  • 2.水里放姜片和白酒,把猪蹄用水焯一遍。
  • 3.焯过的猪蹄用清水冼净。
  • 4.准备好姜片大葱干辣椒。
  • 5.这是我做腐乳猪蹄最喜欢用的腐乳。
  • 6.准备好的配料和腐乳,因为腐乳汁我加得比较多,所以腐乳用3块就够了,有一次做腐乳猪蹄我只用的腐乳汁,最后味道也还是不错哦。
  • 7.锅内放少量的油,放入花椒炸香。
  • 8.猪蹄放进去翻炒。
  • 9.猪蹄在翻炒的过程中好象没有出油呢,反而炒干了,可能是开始我放油比较少的缘故吧,所以这时候可以放入冰糖翻炒,然后直接下开始准备好的姜大葱干辣椒就可以了。
  • 10.把腐乳捣碎,倒入锅里,放入适量的十三香、料酒和生抽,因为腐乳和生抽都有盐味,而我的腐乳汁也放得挺多的,所以就没再放盐了。
  • 11.翻炒均匀,这个时候看着颜色就蛮有食欲了呢。
  • 12.放入热水没过猪蹄,水开后,小火慢烧2个小时左右,看自家对猪蹄软硬接受程度,我们喜欢吃很软的,所以烧得比较久些。最后大火收汁,起锅前再放一些鸡精和香油就可以开吃了。
