韩式紫菜包饭
紫菜包饭是韩式的叫法日本叫寿司。
在日韩很普通的一种家常主食。
简单易做又很营养,而且很方便。
韩式紫菜包饭会加入韩式辣酱,让其口干更有滋味也更好吃。
这次做了两种,每一种味道都很很不错呢。

  • 黄瓜一根
  • 胡萝卜一根
  • 火腿一根
  • 蟹棒4个
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 香油少许

Steps to make 韩式紫菜包饭

  • 1.电饭锅做米饭稍冷凉备用。
  • 2.把所有的食材备好。
  • 3.黄瓜,胡萝卜,洗净切条,火腿去皮切条。
  • 4.锅中烧开水放入胡萝卜焯烫过凉。
  • 5.再放入蟹棒煮上2分钟沥干水分备用。
  • 6.不粘锅稍倒一点油倒入加盐打散的蛋液摊成蛋皮。
  • 7.再把稍冷凉的蛋皮切条备用。
  • 8.取适量的米饭加入韩国辣酱。
  • 9.再加少许香油拌均匀。
  • 10.寿司卷帘上放上海苔,再把拌好的米饭铺平。
  • 11.再把黄瓜,胡萝卜,蟹棒,鸡蛋,火腿依次放在上面。
  • 12.用卷帘帮助卷起来。
  • 13.卷成条后食用时切片即好。
  • 14.寿司卷帘上铺一张保鲜膜,再把适量的米饭铺平。
  • 15.在米饭上铺上海苔。
  • 16.再放入所有的食材。
  • 17.卷成长条。
  • 18.把熟芝麻稍捣碎加少许盐拌均匀放在保鲜膜上。
  • 19.再把包饭卷滚均匀沾满芝麻盐,食用时切片即好。
