抹茶玛德琳蛋糕
俺是一个模具控,喜欢的模具一定都要买回来,但是没有时间来制作,好多模具还没来得急开光呢。玛德琳模具也是,寂寞的呆橱柜许久了,没来得及制作,呵呵,想不到第一次制作那么成功,看到菱角分明的贝壳形状,看到那微微隆起的小腹,我开心得跳了起来。呵呵

  • 牛奶15克
  • 香草精少许
  • 低粉95克
  • 细砂糖80克、
  • 抹茶粉6克

Steps to make 抹茶玛德琳蛋糕

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.黄油切小块软化。
  • 3.模具上抹层黄油,放冰箱冷藏片刻。
  • 4.鸡蛋打散。
  • 5.白糖加入鸡蛋液里,搅拌至白糖融化。加入香草精,牛奶拌匀。
  • 6.筛入低粉,抹茶粉拌匀。
  • 7.加入融化的黄油拌匀,放冰箱冷藏一小时。
  • 8.取出面糊放室温回暖至流动,倒入模具,约八分满,入预热180℃的烤箱,中层,上下火,12—15分钟左右,稍凉脱模。
