  • 1.瘦肉洗净沥干水分,切薄片放入容器中。
  • 2.加入事先切好的蒜末。
  • 3.调入盐,鸡精和酱油。
  • 4.再加入椒盐粉和黑椒粉。
  • 5.下入玉米淀粉和面粉。
  • 6.打入一个鸡蛋。
  • 7.用筷子搅拌均匀,静置20分钟入味。
  • 8.锅中加入多一些的食用油,大火烧热,油温7成热时,下入肉片,中火炸至两面呈金黄色。
  • 9.捞出搁置2分钟。
  • 10.再次下入油锅复炸一遍,口感更酥。
  • 11.捞出沥干油,装盘。
  • 12.上桌快快享用吧。
  • 13.喜欢吃辣就撒一些辣椒粉。
