茄汁土豆肉卷
我也是看到别人做的这道菜,感觉很有创意,完全可以以假乱真的“排骨”。自己尝试做,口感酸酸甜甜,不腻,老少皆宜,很好吃!

  • 猪里脊肉150克
  • 土豆2个
  • 4瓣
  • 番茄酱4汤匙
  • 酱油1汤匙
  • 白糖1汤匙

Steps to make 茄汁土豆肉卷

  • 1.准备食材:猪肉,土豆(要中等大小的)
  • 2.把猪肉切成1毫米厚,宽4厘米左右的薄片。(鲜肉是不好切的,我一般都是提前把肉放冰箱冷冻一下)
  • 3.把土豆切成5厘米长左右的条状。
  • 4.拿一根土豆条和一个肉片,用肉包裹住土豆条卷起。
  • 5.做好就是这样的。
  • 6.全部做好的土豆肉卷。
  • 7.把肉卷放淀粉里滚一下,粘满淀粉。
  • 8.依次做好。
  • 9.锅里放入玉米油,待烧七成热时,放入肉卷,不要翻动。
  • 10.炸一分钟左右,肉卷已经定型,可以来回翻动。
  • 11.炸大约两分钟可以捞起,把油温加热进行二次复炸。
  • 12.二次复炸一分钟左右即可。
  • 13.捞出沥油备用。
  • 14.另起锅放底油,放入切好的蒜末爆香,放入番茄酱煸炒,加一点水,加白糖,酱油,食盐煮开。
  • 15.放入炸好的土豆肉卷,快速的翻炒,让汤汁均匀包裹住肉卷。
  • 16.装盘,撒上白芝麻即可。
  • 17.酸酸甜甜,美味不腻!
