    • 1.主要原料。
    • 2.牛肉洗净,焯水。放入高压锅,放葱姜,大料,香叶,桂皮。酱油,料酒。盐,冰糖。加水,没过牛肉,炖制。

    • 4.西红柿洗净去皮切块备用。
