  • 葱花少许
  • 海盐少许
  • 柠檬蒸鱼酱油1勺
  • 现磨胡椒粉少许
  • 熟白芝麻少许

Steps to make 海蛎煎

  • 1.准备食材跟配料,鸡蛋磕入小盆内。
  • 2.蛋液内加入少许海盐跟现磨胡椒粉。
  • 3.把蛋液搅散,搅打均匀后备用。
  • 4.海蛎子肉冷水冲洗干净后沥水备用。
  • 5.起锅入黄油,待黄油融化后用油刷把烤盘涂抹均匀。
  • 6.热锅的同时,把沥水的海蛎子肉放入蛋液的小盆内。
  • 7.然后倒入一勺柠檬蒸鱼酱油,轻轻搅拌均匀。
  • 8.把备好的蛋液倒入锅内。
  • 9.在表面均匀的撒上葱花跟熟白芝麻,转中火慢慢煎至表面液体凝固。
  • 10.最后翻面轻轻煎一下,1~2分钟后关火,切成小块就可以了。
