上校鸡块是肯德基现今最受欢迎的产品,它是由上校在经历十年的钻研后,用调和出的神奇十一种香料配方烹制而成, 令人品尝后吮指回味。
我这个做法,只能说是山寨版,不过,很好吃,推荐大家尝试啊!

  • 鸡胸肉400克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 生抽15克
  • 料酒15克
  • 淀粉30克
  • 面包糠50克

Steps to make 上校鸡块

  • 1.食材洗净,备好。
  • 2.鸡胸肉切块。
  • 3.用搅拌机搅成泥。
  • 4.放入盐、生抽、料酒、黑胡椒、一个鸡蛋、淀粉。
  • 5.搅拌至上劲。
  • 6.把鸡肉馅整形,放入冰箱冷冻2个小时。
  • 7.鸡蛋打散,鸡肉块沾上蛋液,裹上面包糠。
  • 8.起油锅,平底锅倒入没过锅底的油。油七成热,放入鸡块,中火炸制。
  • 9.炸至一面定型后,翻面炸至两面金黄。
  • 10.捞出,摆盘。可蘸番茄酱食用。
